The hotel resort is well-known throughout the north-west of England for our championship 18-hole golf course, along with one of the most unique health and wellness experiences in the area, BAZAAR Spa. Enjoy being pampered in one of our treatment rooms, or relax in our infinity pool, steam room or whirlpool spa – all housed in what was a Salesian chapel (NOTE: supplements and pre-booking applies).
We are one of the most popular wedding venues in the North West, with a range of packages and suites to cater for all. Additionally, if you are looking to host a family party, business meeting or conference, look no further.

For the thousands who completed the @manchestermarathon last weekend or the @londonmarathon this weekend, running it once is tough enough, but how about completing 26.2 miles every day for 366 days straight?! This is exactly what Belgian Ultra-runner Hilde Dosogne 🇧🇪 achieved on 31st December 2024 to smash the Guinness World Record by 150 days. Starting on January 1st, she ran one a day (unfortunately for her, it was a leap year 😳), averaging an superb time of 4 hours & 5 minutes per marathon. An incredible achievement! We were lucky enough to welcome her to Shrigley this week as she was visiting the area on business. She enjoyed the views, the spa, a few runs and the hospitality What’s she up to back in Belgium this weekend?….pacing the 3 hour 45 group at the Kortrijk Marathon….obviously!! 🤣 Good luck Hilde and a pleasure to welcome you to Shrigley 🏃♀️ @marathonwoman366 #marathon #guinnessworldrecord #running #loverunning #shrigleyhall
Happy St George’s Day 🏴 Interesting facts: History indicates that the martyr, who died in approx AD 303 never set foot on English soil. He was most likely an officer in the Roman Army, a Greek speaker, and we’re pretty certain that he did not slay a dragon! 🐉 The day is also celebrated around the world in locations including Canada, India, Turkey, Brazil, Georgia and Greece as many countries also claim him as their patron #stgeorgesday #shrigleyhall
Celebrating a special occasion? We’ve got you covered! 🍾 🎂 Balloon packages now available at Shrigley Hall 🎈 #balloondecoration #balloon #shrigleyhall
Favourite hole at Shrigley Hall? The par 4 11th certainly takes some beating. Water to navigate off the tee, right to left dogleg, well guarded green by trees Captured (with 🌈) earlier this week by member Ray Haddock
